Back in Ithaca, Odysseus' wife, Penelope, and son, Telemachus, desperately fend off suitors who want to marry Penelope in order to take control of Odysseus' island. Return to Ithaca: Retells part of Homer's Odyssey in which Odysseus, with the help of the goddess Athena, plans to get revenge on those who have plagued his wife and son during his absence. The final battle: With the help of the grey-eyed goddess, Athena, Odysseus and his son must set out to regain control of Ithaca
